So I got my swag for my 686 xB. Included was a beanie, a coupon card for some cargo thing and a Razor GT Advance shift ****.

The shift **** looks like it was used! There are pits or dings on the side of it!

I know it's free but is it OK to complain to Scion about the quality of what I received??

 

you just bought a car from them so i think, even though this is something "small", i would definitely still complain.

That's kind of how I feel too. I'll take a pic of the damaged shift **** and send it with an email to them and see.

I'll post pics when I've got her cleaned up and I'd like to get the dealer to install TRD springs first.

 

I would make Toyota make that right. My swag came perfect, no reason why yours shouldn't as well. The coupon is kind of a joke unless you really wanted that luggage container clamped on top of your Crate from this day forward (not my idea of a good look), but the shift know is cool, and DW can't stop laughing at this 61 year old wearing that beanie cap. My 686 came with the TRD lowering springs installed. It's a good look.

 

Yea I'm going to take a pic of the dinged up shifter and send it to them.

I want to get the dealer to install the TRD springs on mine.
