Default Any one heard of Dual Audio?

The low cost attracted my attention ($300 more or less). Is this product any good or not? http://www.dualav.com/indashvideo/xdvd8265.html

Thanks.

Dual is a low end brand, like Jensen and Audiovox. The sound quality will not be great, the power output will be weak, the assembly will be shotty. If it's all you can afford and you absolutely, positively must have those features, than go ahead. But it's a risk. And a much bigger risk than Alpine, Kenwood, Clarion, and even Sony. When it comes to head units, you rarely get more than you pay for.

As hare said, there is a reason it is so cheap. Dual is garbage.

Agreed.
Save up, buy some real stuff. The "cheap" stuff comes out more costly in the end, you have to buy multiple times, downtime, inconvenience, etc.

my friend had a dual in his integra. there wasnt any clear negative. i couldnt judge the sound quality cause he was still using the stock mid-range speakers

the only reason why he isnt using it anymore is cause it tore itself out in a crash.
