Alright guys I got everything pulled and waiting to be painted, I just have a couple questions first. Should I sand the plastic pieces? What paint and clearcoat should I use? I want the piano black color (sometimes called black veneer)

 

Sand the plastic pieces. It needs to be scuffed at least so the paint can adhere. As for the black I am not sure
