Default Blue logic

Hi first post here! I,ve been lurking in the shadows sucking information from this site, so time to give back. I just got my Blue Logic kit and my DEI auto headlights and I will do a DIY shortly. I'm one of those half deaf distracted drivers that can't remember to turn his headlights off unless there is an air raid siren going off in the car! Hence the DEI kit. The Blue tooth.....well, cheaper than an HU ,more expensive than a Parrot...Oh hell! I just wanted it!Lets be honest it's another freekin car toy.
So I'll post up soon

where did you get the DEI auto headlights from?

do you mean auto headlights like they turn on when it gets dim..or do you mean auto headlights that they turn off when you turn off your car?

thanks

I don't see why it would matter, the DEI unit just turns them on and off with the ignition, at dusk, or when the wipers are turned on or off.

How difficult is the kit to install on a scale of 1 to 10? (1-easy 10-hard)

Also, is it possible to not have wiper activation enabled..(e.g. spraying mist during random time to flick off bird droppings)

Thanks! Always wanted auto on/off headlights.. maybe now I can!

i too want the DEI kit and await your install write-up. if it's too hard for me to do in like 2hrs, then i will need to factor in the cost of getting a pro to install.
