How I connected iPhone7 to 2008 Scion xB stock radio
Just wanted to share to save some time for future generations.
To connect iPhone7, and be able to play music, charge iPhone, and control music from steering wheel I connected:
Stock pioneer radio (T180
->
stock proprietary connector to 30 pin ipod cable connected to central console->
"CableJive dockStubz+ 30-pin Charge Converter and Case Adapter for iPhone, iPod, and iPad." (had to buy new on amazon for 20$)->
apple 30 pin to lighting connector (bought used on ebay for 5$) ->
(optional) lightining extension cable from aliexpress to put phone on dashboard ->
iPhone(both 5c and 7 tested to charge and play music)
