Incredible Stealth install - Amp, subs & 3-way fronts
someone needs to find out if that stock headunit does a clean and flat signal response
i mean it for all purposes looks like an aftermarket pioneer...but i would love to put it on the scope and check it out...there really just seems to be something weird about its sonic signature
but thanks fred for hte kind words, i think its a great starting point, and can only get better with tuning and perhaps an eq and or HU hehe

Some one on here actually has hooked up the HUs for the tC, xA, and xB to a scope thingy and showed pics of their signal response line thingys on the scope screen. It's been a good 6 months since I read that thread so theres not a chance I'm goign to find it, sry. I know it exist though.
I think it is a different deck as the premium has a neutral setting that is not car specific, but I will play with it to be sure. Here is the thread

nope, i thoroughly inspected the A pillar and talked to a few other installers. there is an anchor for hte A pillar panel at the TOP of hte A pillar, right next to the airbag badge, so when the aigbag blows backwards to protect your head, it kicks the A pillar panel intowards hte wind shiled, anchored at the top. i retained this anchor completely, so when the air bag goes, the tweeter, whcih was expoxyed, glued and dampend, will just go into the windshield area together

i track you installs all over from diyma, icix, here and i notice that on the substage of your installs you always linger around that same idea of the sub and amp setup showing like that under plexi, and a trim piece over it. why is that? just for ease of install, trademark or what.
