Iphone Issue with NAV Sys

Sorry Guys,
I have read through several posts regarding the Iphone, but couldn't find anyone with similar problems. The issue is this:

I have a 1st Gen Jailbroke Iphone for (T-Mobile) I can get my Scion to recognize the Iphone and even can control it., but it will not play the music through the car speakers it only comes out of the Iphone Speakers. Any suggestions? Do you need to buy a Different adapter? Any help would be great thanks

My 1st gen iPhone works just fine with a premium deck...

Thanks,

I found out what I had to do to get ti to recognize. For anyone else that may have problems The process I used to get it to Work on my NAV
Turn on the Ipohne and Start the Ipod and actaully start playing a song before you plug the Iphone into the NAV system. I had my Car turned off as well I dont know if that matters or not. Hope this helps anyone else that may run into issues
