I put all my podcasts in smart playlists that require playcount to be 0, so the tracks are deleted from the playlist after I've listened to them.
Problem is, the iPhone does this on the fly, and when the playlist empties out, it is removed from the list on the Scion, but the content remains. So say my second playlist is emptied, when I go to my third playlist, it shows the content of the second playlist, and so forth for each playlist after the emptied one. I can't get to the content of my last playlist except by navigating to the artist or album.

any thoughts? Who should I complain to to get a software update going?
