Hey just got my second xb 2010! Anyways looking to get some bass but don't want to use the trunk. The kicker 11hs8 looks like a good choice for me. Anyone else have any ideas? Thanks

 

anyone have any powered subs under there seats?? just looking for some ideas and fitment.

 

I have heard nothing but positive things about that subwoofer. I actually plan on installing one in my '11 tonight. Once I get things working I'll post an update.

I changed things a bit. Installed the Hideaway and was actually quite pleased with it. Solid amount of bass, tried it with some different types of music, electronic, rap, metal. My concern came from how high the gain had to be in order to get really good bass out of it, I was worried about how long it would last under that stress. Decided to go with an Alpine Type-S 12'' and an Alpine MRX-V60 5-channel amp. I have the good fortune of working at a store with an install bay, haha. I'll say that depending on what you're looking for, the Hideaway might still be a good option, you just may need to hear it in person.

Look into massive audio amps and maybe a 8" woofer like jl sundown and re...youll be suprised with thr amount of bass and where they can fit
