Default MSN Direct connection problem on RS6 GPS

I was trying to get the activation code from the GPS, I followed the instruction by going to Menu/Destination/MSN Direct/Status/Connecting to MSN Direct, but after 30 minutes I still couldn't connect and the activation code never showed up.
Does anyone else have that problem? Or anyone know how to fix it?

I couldn't connect to MSN Direct in NYC but ironically I have connection after I left the city. Just activated, but signal is kind of weak of where I am right now, everything still saying "no data". It seems pretty useless...

I get the "No Data" time to time also. People are finding the MSN signal stronger and more reliable after upgrading the software with the new 3.0. Plus it give us traffic flow and three more MSN Direct options. I just installed the update last night, I'll keep you posted if my signal is more reliable or not!
