I ordered them from a Toyota dealership. I'll post part numbers when I'm sure they'll all work.

I did notice that they seem to be a different shade of orange when lit.

They are definitely more of a yellow. Hmmm, guess its time for an LED swap.

The other two ***** were ordered yesterday. They are coming from Cali so I should have them Friday. Update to follow.

 

Update!

Finally got all three switches in and they work beautifully. The only minor drawback is the illumination color is more yellow than orange.
