Default Is the radio covered under warranty? (**** peeling)

The **** on my premium radio is peeling and wanted to know if the dealer will replace it as a warranty item? Im still within the 3 year/36k warranty. Im actually quite shocked because I rarely use the **** since I use the steering wheel controls.
