I have a 2008 Xb and need to remove the back door (hatch) inside plastic trim piece. I have an exploded illustration of what it looks like but not how to remove it. I am installing a license plate backup cam and need to route wires.... I don't want to break it! There is a small arrow on the lower right hand side that points to a slot where the plastic contacts the door. I don't want to start prying on it not knowing if that is the correct thing to do.

literally, PULL, firmly. It'll pop loose.

oh yeah, have fun routing the wires. From experience, use the right side of the hatch, there's nothing running down it/
