When I swapped out my headliner I noticed that all of the gobs of glue that holds the support to the roof is no longer attached. It didn't rattle before but now I notice a rattle when I shut my door. The rattle is coming from the rear. Whenever I hit an odd pothole or what not I hear it. It's driving me insane. I brought it around to the service drive and they told me they hear it and it's what I think it is. Not covered in my certified warranty however. But I just realized I'm still under 3yr/36k I'll have to bring that up tomorrow.

However my question is, if for some reason it's not covered how should I attack this.

Sorry for the off-site link, but that's what I did.

 

Damn I knew I should have bought some matting when it was all off. It's really easy to take it all down. Like literally every single glue piece was broken. I first thought it was my fairing rattling but its definitely the roof supports.

The expanding foam didn't push the roof up any?

 

Not at all. I used the stuff from Great Stuff with the blue label. It's the low pressure stuff.
