Im sure this topic has been beaten to death, but I ordered a Scion Cable from ebay, its the AUX input one. I went to install it, and my 08 Headunit in my Tacoma did not recognize the AUX cable. Yes I know I have a tacoma, but my headunit is from an 08 Scion. Yes I installed it properly the only problem seems to be this cable or my head unit. I took a picture of the cable.

From the research I have gathered it seems I would need to switch Pins 16 and 17. Also from what I gathered Pin 16 should be Ground. If someone has any experience with this type of situation I would greatly appreciate any advice.

Note: I also have the male connector upside down, sorry.
