i had to go through metra themselves because they redesigned the 99-8902 for the 08 and they told me to order through one of their distributors which was cds auto and sound and they suck by the way. they were like it will be in the next day so when I picked it up I tried to put it in and it was the old one. So I called metra and they are sending me the new one. Cd's auto and sound is in fitchburg by the way. One time when I had my honda civic there I wanted my cd player put in(before I knew how to install) and I went to pick it up an hour later and they were like someone stole your deck. I was like that is BS!! They were like we will gt you one just like it, I was like no you are gonna get me the same one, so what they did is went to circuit city and got the bottom of the line alpine for like 150 when I had payed around 300. What was I thinking to go back to them.

95-8202 is for installing a double din radio. The kit for a single din radio is the 99-8209 but they added a new set of brackets for the 08 XB. I work for a distributor and sell these as well but I have yet to get my hands on one. We got some new ones in the other day but somehow the new set of brackets was left out of them. The updated install guide with the 08 XB on the application list is there but not the extra set of brackets. Called Metra and they are sending me some brackets so I can make the kits complete. Hopefully I'll have them by friday, I've been dying to get my Alpine in for a couple weeks now.
