Default Speaker Removal

Hey everyone, I am in the process of giving my new xB a temp speaker upgrade till I can afford some Infinity speakers and I have the door panel off but I've run into a bit of a wall here. I have no idea what tool I need to remove the speakers. I see something that looks like rivets with little holes in each one holding the speakers in and I decided to look inside the little hole and see something that looks like a triangle engraved into the top of a skrew. I have no idea what type of tool I need or where I can buy one from...can someone please let me know what kind I need and possibly tell me any local stores I can buy one from or give me a web link? I already tried checking out crutchfield and either missed it or they didn't have it.

Thanks in Advance!

It's a rivet, you'll need a drill

Alright thanks, thats what my dad said but I wasn't sure because it looked like there was something inside it. I'll just run to lows later tonight and get something to remove it, he has a power drill so that will help.

Oh yeah, when drilling out your rivets, try to avoid getting a wee bit overzealous with it and slipping. You'll end up with a hole you don't want

Alright, I have one other question though...do you know if this will void any warranties? I've heard concerns about that and I wouldn't care if it weren't for the fact that I heard they might stop covering power windows and such by 3 rivets. My dealership has blown smoke before so I can't really believe what they say, anyone know anything on this or maybe someone could ask their dealership's service department? Thanks!
