I was at the dealer today and saw the new Tc.. Wondering if I could put the Tc steering wheel on my 2008 Scion Xb. It looks alot better..

 

Might fit, I put a 2006 TC steering wheel on my 09 XB, looks like you would have to put the whole thing on that could be expensive, with controls and airbag too. Nice looking wheel on that TC anyway.

 

^ was it hard swapping an '06 wheel?!?! please let me know, I would like to swap a 1st gen tc wheel in mine. thanks!

 

jelder it will be expensive plus scion is not going to swap steering wheels for you tony at scion will laugh when I tell himmwhat you want to do hahahaha......wash your car then we'll talk ..............low but dirty is that how you roll.

 

It is almost a perfect match for the 2006 TC to a 09 Xb. I would have opted to get the steering audio controls from the TC but didn't realize it till I installed it that the shape there is a bit different on the leather wheel from the TC vs. the plastic wheel on the XB. Other than that it all matches up. Oh and the plastic on the back might need some fitting, because suprisingly the one off my Xb doesn't seem to fit well but the one off the TC fits my old XB steering wheel just fine, I may have rushed and didn't align it right on the TC wheel, the TC wheel plastic was a bit too scratched up for me to use so I that is why I swapped it.
