These have been on e-bay for quite a while now. I likew the all white look, but then again, i have a gen1.

 

yeah no thanks for me on this. i dont want to see the outline of all the warning lights. if they would make one that allowed the warning lights to be translucent like the stock one then count me in for this

 

My custom guage face does just like OEM way..

Well, the US SPeedo ones are MUCH higher quality than the Custom xB Gauges ones. I had both of them sitting in front of me earlier today. The Custom xB ones are simply printed onto a thin piece of plastic, which if you leave out of its package somehow manages to curl up. The US Speedo one is VERY high quality, just like the stock ones. Very hard plastic with actual clear portions for the light to shine through. The Custom xB ones have no holes for light to shine through at all, and no symbols for any warning lights at all.

I would take the US Speedo ones hands down no questions asked, it is worth the extra money by far. Plus if you find the guy selling them on eBay, he took my best offer of $75 with free shipping...

I'm not saying the Custom xB ones are garbage, not by any means, but the US Speedo ones are def higher quality, thus the extra money they cost. The Custom xB ones are def better than anything you could make at home, and they do have very good customer service.

 

I'm in agreement with mikeft1 on this.. I dont want to see all the ICONS untill I need to see them... Now if they could make one without the ICONS, that would be great. But only LEDMON is doing that now & he's a bit pricer than US SPeedo..........UNLESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSssssssssssssssss you do like me & lvbitwiz did & make your own........
Make 2 of themn...... One all black with ICONS & letters & numerals & hashmakes in WHITE. then print that on a transparenee........
Remove your stock face & lay down the all black with clear icons & hashmarks, etc........

Then lay your new printed one of your choice of color on top of that........ hell you can even make em look just like the US SPeedo ones............

The light will shine thru the transparancie onto the printed paper face........ dont believe me, just have a look at the thread with pics....

Now I didnt print a transpareany (boy, I wish I could spell that word correctly), i used a razor to scrape all the orange paint off my stock face.. BUT I did that BEFORE UNITY303 came out with his template... Now I am gonna find tansparrant plastic & print up an UNDERLAY like lvbitwz did............. good luck to all...... anyway is a good way as long as you get the look you want!!!!.. jh

 

I really like the blue one.

 

Also there is issue with xB2 needle. .which is solid transparent red..

IF you do blue LED conversion, needle won't light up..
I'm testing something to make it light up red even with blue LED conversion..

One of the good thing that my gauge face has is reflective surface that makes it glow around the needle,, so it's more visible during night time..
But if I get to finish it, I'll post the result...
