Depends on tire size and how low you want to go.

I recommend going as low as you want. But tire size recommendations will be relative to what suspension you want to run.

All in all, 225/40R18 tires should fit fine with a fender roll in the rear. You may still rub in large bumps and things in the interstate, especially with passengers.

im gonna go coilovers. air is not an option at the moment. the rub is the only reason im not pulling the trigger on the wheels. might have to go with 18x8 18x9 et38 i dont know, someone convince me.

Why do you want to go aggressive? Like the look?

the wheels im looking at look silly with small lips. i dont really want to go aggressive thats why i decided to ask somebody if the 19x?? would work. and by the way, thank you for replying. really appreciate the tech talk.

19x9 is fairly aggressive for the platform. 19x9 +34 all around would work fine, but the 19x10 +34 will certainly need a fender roll.

Well, Scratch that. ended up going with 18x8 18x9 et38's. the 19's where bent and cracked so went for 18's. gonna be a while till i get them but it will give me time to save up and get new lips. the question now is...reverse lip or stepped? hmmmm..

It depends on the size of the face? If it's already step lipped, you have to keep step lipped.

If you go step lip, you'll have to get new inner barrels and outer lips. It effectively alters the overall diameter of the wheel.

yeah, just seen the same wheel i got with a stepped lip..looks nice but not worth it for me to spend $$ on inner barrel's plus step lip. i do want a bigger lip tho. will the offset change be a problem if i ad bigger lip? i read somewhere that for every inch of lip you ad you minus 12mm so lets say i ad an inch on my kranze front and back i'd be looking at +26 offset?

Altering the lip alters the width, which in turn effectively alters the offset.

www.willtheyfit.com is a great online calculator that I've used many of times.

so scratch all of that and start from the top. i bought 2 sets of wheels and i have none. the first one was sold rite before i bought them and the second set turned out to be cracked at the spokes..both sets where kranze borphes and i was really wanting to roll with them since no one is rolling these at the moment. so what i did next is purchased a set of work rezax 1 with the ddc lip and they should be in next week. you know what they say...third time's a charm.
