Well, I just spoke to some fleet managers from a couple dealers here in the SoCal area.
The 2010 models have arrived, and are sitting at the Port of Long Beach.
I can actually order one now and they can get it for me already, but I'm not quite ready to buy one yet. Probably next month or so.

I ended up just getting the base one. Nothing special just getting started with Scion and the Xb. Though I did wait for the 10's because of the new stereos i still ended up just getting the base one because i'll probably end up changing it out eventually.
