Default 2011 Center Console in 2009 XB?

hi...

just checked out the 2011 upgrades and the one that caught my eye was the center armrest console. this looks much more useful/comfortable than the one in my 09.

does anyone know if they're going to make it available as a part for other years of the 2nd gen XB?

thanks in advance for any/all advice!
great forum! I've learned a ton here!

and best in 2011...

Its likely that it will fit. Just go to any toyota parts dealership and order it as a part. It will be quite expensive though, I suspect.

This has been addressed before in an earlier topic this year.

One of our ScionLife veterans went to a dealership and inquired about the price, and with install, it was pushing around $800.

TrevorS is currently working on his own version of an armrest, which will, naturally, be considerably more economical.

Any interest in having an armrest similar to this available?

Man, am I ever late on that topic . I injured my right hand one week after my last post there and healing has taken ages. I was expecting to have it together well before Christmas, but unfortunately, I'm majorly delayed. Still, my hand is coming back on line and I yet hope to justify expectations.
