Default 4WD?

Will the successor to the xB have a 4WD option?

I wish it would, but I don't think toyota produces an AWD anymore, the celica was for a little while but thats it unless you mean part time AWD or 4WD

I was told by my cousin in Japan that their 4WD bBs are really FWD and only utilize the 4WD capability when you drive over rain or other things like that.. Not sure if this is true though..

all I expect is more power and a restyling, but I wold love AWD, then we would have something close to the handling on an evo wagan

you'll get more power at the expense of gas mileage , and it still will be slow as the car will be considerably heavier.

restyling? well yes if you consider a child throwing baby food against the wall restyling then yes

No, the Matrix 4WD was discontinued for 2007. It was an automatic 4WD system, not full-time.
