anybody who has white lights (AHA!!!)
Brian... turn on your drivers turn sig & go to the rear & start pulling the sockets out of or rear drivers lites.. I bet if you wiggle & such, you may get that to slow down... if you are sure that ALL the rears are ok, then pull the socket out of the front & stat wiggleing that.. socket, bulb & wires!!! Something is loose... front or rear.. Wiggle everything while it's running the blinker... Also... wiggle your turn sig handle... slowely push it down... I too have the led's in the mirrors switched to white... TYC led tails & Silverstar blues in front.. everything work fine... Does your E-Flashers work ok?? You know.. the E-Flashers ARE the turn sig bulbs too..
You know what?? I just got a flash.. It COULD BE.......... just very well could BE..............Now you've had your P R N D S L plate off a few times.. & in doing that, you'de have to have taken the plug off & on the switch that the E-Flashers are on... take that cover off agian & make sure that you have that plug on the switch on nice till it clicks.. & wiggle that too.......... let us know what happens....... jh

^^ i think this link will help you how to pull out rear tail light bulb.

from looking at your video, turn signal on the driver-side rear view mirror is not blinking. check on your side mirror.
also make sure you purchased the right bulb, cuz those signal bulb can easy be mixed up.

Sometimes, even though all the lights are working, one of the bulbs isnt' 100% up to par and it will cause the issue you're talking about. We see it alot with brake light bulbs and them kicking lamp failure lights in the cabin of the car.

its actually really easy. those instructions were for taking off the tail (which is also very simple).
you'll just need to remove the black plastic cover and twist off the bulb which you wanna replace
