Default Battle Wounds

Hello everyone, quick question

I know this is silly but how do you guys feel about battle scratches/scrapes on your car, recently I scraped my front bumper leaving this chicks driveway (I'm lowered on Ksports) and I am missing paint underneath and I'm debating on covering it up with some 3P0 touch up paint. (I have a 2009 RS 6.0 so its Absolutely Red) but what do you guys think, cover it? Or show it off with pride? If you stand about 20 feet away you can see it but that's about how far you have to be back to see it.

Any opinions are appreciated.

When I scrape anything I touch it up (only rarely happens), but in the case of continual scraping, guess I could understand choosing to let it be. Whatever works, dude !

I will try to put pics up, I can get 8 oz for $10 so I may have to do it, also Ive got some rock chips on the hood and a scratch on my hatch that was covered by the "turbo" badge that was next to the xB when I bought it.

If you're careful with how you touch up (try to apply drops rather than brush strokes), the result can be perfectly respectable. As long as you're not inundated with paint damage, I think there really is a personal satisfaction advantage to cleaning up !

Fix it ASAP.

Get the paint mixed into an aerosol can.

What he said.. or stickers from ihatestickers dot com... Honestly, That's not too bad, it's underneath right??

Maybe a 20" band aid to hide this.. worst part.. i was sotally tober that night, I was the DD. The curb at the circle k was angled, and I went straight... That monstrosity has been there since last summer.. I can't decide on a huge band aid sticker or a bunch of my scrape stickers from it's proper..

Quoted for truth...

Could throw the garage lip on it, or get creative and use a different lip from another car. I scrape my front lip a TON. Saves my bumper.

How did you attach your rubber part? Aka what adhesive or bolt.

Also I live in Cleveland Ohio, Home of the pothole and washboard streets. I'd love to be lower but I gotta get my front fenders rolled.

I'm bringing the back down about 1/2 inch this spring.

Fronts rolled with stock wheels? You're high. I haven't touched mine and I'm running a relatively aggressive setup. You're probably just rubbing the fender liner. It'll go away. Flip the fender liner from the outside of the fender lip, to the inside. You'll have to work it from the back side towards the door and work your way forward. This brings the fender liner up a little bit.

I attached mine with screws, washers, and nuts. It's from a Ford Focus SVT. Probably one of the best low-dollar mods I've done.
