For the exhaust just lower the hangers a bit so the exhaust sits lower and it will fit with your bomex rear!! I've already done one down here and mine is next once my bomex kit comes!!

That's correct, also extend the pipe between both exhaust by 2 1/4 inch, so that the exhaust sits in the middle of the outlets. I just did this also for my 5AD kit. I will post up pics on a separate thread.
