Default 'break-in' is done

So I passed the 1000 mile mark last week...I don't drive like a ricer-boy, but now I'm ok with running it up thru the rpm range when I feel like getting away from traffic.

I'm so impressed with how smooth & strong this car feels throughout its range. It definitely feels stronger than the ZR2 Blazer that it replaced, and is night & day compared to the 06 xB that I had before the Blazer. Granted, it's no race car...I've owned a 1000cc V-Twin sportbike & a built 5.0 Mustang, so I'm familiar with fast as a concept...but for a 4 banger that's giving me consistent 24mpg, I'm extremely happy with it, and very impressed.

Anyone else as happy with theirs?

Also, now that I've passed that initial 1000 mile mark, I'm going to do the first oil change at some point soon. What's the consensus on switching to synthetic right away?

Im happy but I hate the clutch! Its ok but it really really sucks sometimes... This box definitely needs an LSD too. But yeah I still love it lol. Run some Royal Purple 5w20. I swear to God I felt a difference! Its not faster but it runs smoother. Definitely not mental cause I wasnt expecting a difference at all...

I'm very happy with mine as well. I wish the clutch was a bit more stiff & the brake & gas pedal be more spaced out though but its not that big of a deal. You can pretty much change to synthetic at anytime you want. Me personally I'm waiting for the 10k mark.

I'm at about 2000 miles now with my box, about 1800 of that has been with the LSD and I LOVE IT lol. No torque steer for the win
