Default CEL & VSC Lights On (56k beware)

My mom has an '08 xB with a little less than 11k miles on the odometer. I went to move it today and the CEL and VSC lights are on. Does anyone know why this could be happening? I tried pushing the VSC button but nothing happened. Here's a picture of the lights that are on:

Any ideas would be great!

As was stated when cel comes on the vsc light comes on because of the cel. I would also say take it to the dealership becouse the cel could be on for any number of reasons. The most likely would be a loose gas cap since that test is ran while the vehicle sets after being driven. But the only way to know is to have it checked.
