Todays install is a set of 5000k HID lights from MobileHID
I removed the bumper to hide all the components. You can't even see any of the wires when you open the hood.

New Digital ballast tucked away


The wire harness is also hidden

I'll take another shot of the hood open tomorrow. No HID wires to be found!

 

I had the pleasure of seeing Darksides car in person... one word CLEAN... TRD front brakes are sexy. Now they need to make a rear kit too...

Got this yesterday

decided to start with the rear

I made some tire lift blocks so I can keep the weight of the car on the suspension. The instuctions recommends a rack style car lift. Since i don't have access to one this will work.



Front sway bar went in kinda easy. Torquing down the lower control arm bolt to 140 ft lbs was a pain in the ___ cause of the limited space. Everything went in without a scratch. Sorry, but I forgot to take pics of the front sway bar install.

 

i got the stage 1 vts w/ lowering springs. I just will called it at hotchkis that way i didnt have to pay for shipping though wasnt to far just in santa fe springs

 

I was thinking of changing my springs to Hotchkis. There's a 25% off coupon right now.

Keytechniques wiper plug

Lint or dust on paint surface. Keytechniques is shipping out a new one for me. They said I could keep and use this one till the new one gets here.
