Default Drivers Door Lock Issue

Started last night on my 2013 xB2.
Drivers door does not lock with remote unless I start it back up again before getting out and close the door behind me.
All post seems to point to the same issue on the xB1 actuator motor but haven’t found any for xB2.
Anyone else have this issue? It’s only 5 years old...

Looks like the power door lock actuator motor has failed. Ordered the $6.50 part from eBay. According to most sites this should do the trick. Wish me luck.

Default Just did mine on both Front Doors..

The little pain in the a____

Just did mine on both front doors. Opening up the black housing is a real struggle, but worth it. Heating the tabs back down into place will keep the housing from popping back apart under motor torque.
The driver's door side is a bit of a bear with the key lock, but it took about 20 minutes of struggling to get the alignment right again.

Mine went back to back.
Those little motors saved me hundreds at the dealer.
A bit of a pain but so worth it.
Im glad I’m not the only one and thank god for this site.

I'll have to try this. I'm having issues with my 2010 xB. Driver, passenger, and, rear driver side locks.

I’m about to do my rear ones soon. Already lost one and my other one is already acting up.
There is a YouTube video on how to do them that helps a lot. I wouldn’t have been able to figure it out without it.

I'm having the same issue. 1st it was the FOB but now it's the master switch as well. Bought a new motor and that wasn't the issue, and don't know where in the hell the door lock relay is. All the fuses are good! I guess the next thing to try is a new switch. Didn't like the way the new I lucked up and got a Neeknn 69040-06180 Door Lock Actuator Motor Assembly with Integrated Latch on amazon for $5.99. Didn't like the the way it opened and closed so I just took the actuator out and put it into my old one. I also even tried a new lock and just changed the cylinder out.
