Default eBay Foglights?

Well, the Toyota ones are $210 over at TRD sparks.
eBay however, has copies of the genuine foglights for about $110 with free shipping. It looks like they plug into the factory foglight harness too.

eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Scion...Q5fAccessories

Has anyone tried out the eBay foglights? If so, what did you think about the quality/fitment of them?

Here's the Scion fogs for $186:

I say go for them, because they will definitely fit the lower grill properly, and I have to believe that they are higher quality than the eGay knockoffs.

I bought the window visors from that seller last week and as far as I can tell they are exactly the same as the Rumion ones except these don't say Rumion on them. Before I committed to buying them I reviewed his feedback and saw 2 people who had recently bought the visors. I sent both of them a note thru ebay asking how they liked em, both replied with one guy actually sending me some pics of them installed. That would be my course of action, find a couple of people that bought the fogs and ask them what they think. The seller has been around since 2004 with %99.9 feedback.

Are there any limitations as to when you can turn on the factory foglights? ie. Low/High beams have to be on
