So the front suspension has started to creak and moan while turning the wheel when stationary and over a bumpy road at low speeds.
I've purchased the following to replace:
Outer tie rods
Wheel bearings
Stabilizer bar links
Lower ball joints
Anything else that I should change out while the front end is disassembled?

The only part of your list that I would replace would be the sway links unless you have super high miles on your car, or you just like to replace stuff.....
Struts, upper mount plates, bearings,(and bump stops if necessary)
If you aren't lowered, now is the time to do so.
If you want to change the setup, now is the time to do so.
If your brakes are coming due, now is the time to do them.
