my rear view camera is bronze in color like a penny. I tried to use a sharpie but over time it fades. I just used black nail polish in hopes to keep it black.....but I have a feeling its going to turn the lovely color of penny yet again.....is there another way to keep it black..........it was black before but i have no idea how it turned copperish....shi*** material i guess......need some info asap.

 

tape the lens off, use a scuff pad to scratch the surface so it's rough, spraypaint black. Krylon.
