I went with TRD and it was about a 2-inch drop. Nice and clean.

how's the ride on the lowering springs? didja get to drive it much before it was lowered? I'm interested, cause I like the looks of low cars, but this'll be a car i'm driving 100 miles a day, and I hope I can stand it.

The ride quality didn't change too much however, my springs have only been on for about four days and they have not had a chance to settle. The ride quality will all depend on how much of a drop you are looking for. The lowerer the drop, the stiffer the ride, but you can upgrade the shocks to allow it to ride better. Eventually you will have to do this anyway but TRD is designed to give a happy medium of a drop and good ride quality. If you are traveling 100 miles a day, then I would definately get the TRD and you should be fine!
