Default I love my xB, but I needed a project...

So I found a 1997 Infiniti Q45 (Nissan Cima Y33, for those in the know) for a good price.

Needs a little TLC, but it will definitely help me get my taste of the VIP style. Don't get me wrong, I love how Mike's xB and Neek's xB's have turned out, but I wanted a VIP platform. Plus, the price I paid was just right.

Oscar's was one of the Y33's that had inspired me. I'm still curious of his offsets... I know he's at 19x10 and 19x11's, but no idea on the offsets. His and RS_Sex on VSC have given me a bit of inspiration. I love the Aimgain kit. Probably be the kit I scoop up when it comes to getting aero. Right now stance has got to be on point. 4x4 status isn't cutting it.
I'm still looking for wheels. Found camber arms, probably go with the Isis package from Enjuku. Price is right and they stand behind them 100%. Also need to find coilovers... I'm planning on swapping to S13/S14 chassis parts. So if anyone knows anyone with a buddy that's into those that has 5 lug ABS hubs and/or spindles and/or suspension pieces, hollatchaboy. I need stuff.

Get one Mike!!! We'll be the coolest kids on the block!!!

The actual Y33 coilovers are RIDICULOUS! But I'm going with the S-chassis parts. It will get me much lower than the Y33 coilovers, and that's what I want. Mad lip + mad tuck + diamond in the back window = my dragger.

the y33 looks incredible when its just slammmmmmeddddd. i saw one at a local meet and he was on some flush wheels (no aggressive camber/poke just on-point) and stock body and i just died on the spot. could look away. when i left he did too and i spotted it while exiting the freeway and it scrapped its lower control arm i died again. double heart attack in one night.

Thanks guys! I definitely appreciate everything!!! I didn't expect so much acceptance being a Scion forum and all!!!

I'll definitely make this a build thread, unless a mod/admin states that it's not okay. Which is definitely understandable.
List goes as follows:
ISIS complete S14 arm swap.
BC Racing S14 coilovers.
S14 suspension swap.
Wheels, undecided. Have to see what's available when I have the cash.
Refresh interior.
Shave handles (not VIP, but I'm a minitrucker. Something has gots to go)
Shave fuel filler, possibly relocate to rear door jamb.
Universal Air Suspension, including 2 Viair 480's and chrome 5 gallon tank.
Garson/DAD Monogram curtains.
35% tint.
Aimgain Euro kit, eventually. JDM aero = $$$$$$
Possibly have a hook on some 00 Q45t headlamps...
etc.
You guys get the idea. I really don't know where to start...

Cool project. I prefer 4.5 swapped 240's, but a vip Q45 is just as pimp.
