i wouldnt suggest it. usually strut bars have vertical plate support to keep the bar from twisting. that would prevent the damper from installing. if the damper were to install on the bottom, the bar wouldnt be level/aligned you had a plate on the other side.

on top of all of that, the bolts arent long enough for both to be safely installed. maybe new stiffer engine mounts may be more suitable?

I just had a Weapon R engine damper installed along with my TRD bar, looks good and Ive used bars + engine damper on several of my cars in the past, xB1, G35, evo VIII.. all with no problems. I think as long as you find the right damper it should be all good

From Weapon R direct, I know they have em in stock now cuz I got mine yesterday and went directly there. Call them and ask for either Leo or Chris W., tell them Big Phil sent ya. www.weapon-r.com

about it being uneven, what if you had the damper and the strut brace... could you not add washers on the other side to even out the height? just an idea

i stand corrected. ive looked over some pretty pro tuned cars and many have the damper+strut without spacers. if pros do it, i dont see the reason why not. same tips as everyone else though, make sure the bolts are long enough!
