Default Loving my new xB

Hey everyone,

I just recently traded in my 2005 Toyota Matrix (base model with auto) for a 2008 Blackberry Crush Metallic xB. The Matrix was a good car but after my wife and I test drove the xB and saw all of the standard features and safety equipment, it was love at first sight. The xB is so much smoother and more comfortable too. I got a five-speed since I love driving manual.

I got the following add-ons:

Pioneer Premium Audio
Floor Mats
Rear Bumper Protector
4-color interior illumination
Heated Seats

They are installing the bumper protector, illumination and seat heaters today. I can't wait to pick it up tonight!

I also put a set of Nokian WR G2 tires on it to combat the Wisconsin snowstorms that we are getting pounded with lately.

Sorry I don't have any good pics yet. Hopefully soon, when I can wash off all of the road salt.

Alright, another Blackberry Crush xB! Congrats!

Sounds like you're off to a good start.

Damn that's a good deal for 20's. And those are probably the best looking 20's I've seen so far. Most are too mega bling for my taste.

EDIT: BTW Cory, nice roof mod. Is that a shower in the rear? LOL j/k

Thanks for the welcome, everybody.

Yeah, those 20's are nice. I'm thinking of maybe some gunmetal 16's in the future. Nothing fancy, just nicer looking than stock.

Maybe these:

The heated seats are a dealer-installed option. Some dealers offer it, some don't. They are doing it with the stock cloth seats, so no need to upgrade to leather. That's nice, since I like the stock seats and they should heat up faster. It was $495, but it was something I always wanted on my cars I've had in the past, so I jumped at the chance to add them with the new xB.

I'm hopefully picking it up tonight, they needed a little more time to work on it. Can't wait!

I was able to drive it for a few days before I could make my appointment to get everything installed, so I already know I am going to love this car.
