Oh, and you need to bake the headlights and black them out too, as well as tinting the mirror turn signals.

Since you've gone all the way with the matte black paint, you might as well finish that last 5%.

I have an explanation for the bright red lights. 1. Im scared of the dark. 2. Im still in the werks. 3. well here....

Man I tried blacking out the whole interior but I couldnt hang... Sorry

Interior looks great!

I just know you're going for the murdered look on the exterior, and thought I'd throw in my .02, just remember it's only .02! :D

I have nothing but RESPECT for you who have deadened your ride... I hope I dont ever have to do this ever again to another car.... well unless its a new car.

Spectrum over the damplifier (if you plan on putting some kind of acoustic foam over it save the money on adhesive and lay it right over the wet spectrum. Itll take a few days to fully dry. that way you dont get the poisonous fumes from the adhesive in the heat.)

the cieling what a ____in mess!!!

Man you know what? Just break the bank if you plan on doing this you know how many times I just said ohh Ill try just this much then figuring out that I just had to order more and wait. You can always sell the extra to us.

Oh BTW with my experience now just get a lot of damplifier PRO and Luxury liner PRO from second skin. anything else.... well youre wasting your time. My opinion
Oh and 2 gallons of spectrum and sludge activator for the wheel wells and front fenders.

I wonder if my car is bullet proof now?

bag it, black out the headlights and make it a serious ground pounder and you'll be golden. one of the nicest xb's on sl for sure.

Im not sure if I can say, but it cost the same as any paint job. Its only a 2 stage. Black is the base and they put a diferent hardener or aditive in the clear coat to give it texture.

I think he's trying to get an idea how much something like that might cost without any type of special consideration or discount... maybe check with the shop that painted it for you, and see how much it would normally cost for Joe customer. Is that possible?

Its just like cleaning any other car. It is black so its a dust magnet and with a finish like this everyone is checkin you out... So you cant get caught slippin lookin dirty.... Detail spary and microfiber towels are my newest best friends.

So Matte purple? Here

For the peeps who like white cars I introduce you matte WHITE

OK let me just give you a range for now until I talk to Esteban $3009.11-$4263.26

But if a tree falls on your car like mine Insurance will pick up a majority of the cost.

More like a big branch.
Dont mean to disappoint you but youll laugh at how this started the domino effect.

Damn eucalyptus trees...

Apparently a neighbor took branch off. (Jack hole took the evidence away)

OK shaded all the stuff that needed to be murdered.

Did it with this stuff. Thanks to Neek's post

Just spray and dunzo! I really didnt think I had to take the light off the back but i did. save yourself time just tape around it all.

DAMN! That matte finish is just so SEXY!

So I should have it dropped in a few days
Im still trying to figure out if I have the time to bake the lights but it will be done.
