For a more noticeable mod I would change all your interior lights, tags lights and front turn signals into LED'S.

Some mods for $100.00 or less

1) Tint the front windows
2) HID kit
3) TRD/K&N air filter
4) Razo shift ****
5) NST shifter bushings (if you have a 5-speed)
6) Redline MT-90 manual tranny fluid (highly recommend if you have a 5-speed)

Those are just a few I could think of at the moment

spray paint the hub caps

I've got the OBX Sports pedals, 35% tint, SW Region bumper protector (not that filmsy vinyl sticker thing), and the cargo net. I like all four very well, and each indiviually were under $100. The cargo net with install was like $33 (I ordered it from the parts department and then had someone install it); the tint was $70, the bumper protector was $50 on eBay and I put it on myself, and the sports pedals were $44. (They're hard to get on, I'll warn you! I bruised my fingers up pretty good getting them into place and had to use a screw driver to help guide the rubber in hard to reach areas. They look good though!)
