On the front pillar on each side of the windshield there is black tape...Underneath that ugly black tape is a beautiful paint job waiting to be discovered...Start at the top and with both hands pull it slowly and steadily down to the bottom...Leave it parked in the sun for a little bit and it will make it much more easier...

Could you post a write up on the install...or just PM it to me? I am not in the Bay area, or I would pay you to install it, and I really want to install mine without having to wait for Crutchfield to get their ____ together.

I'm sorry Bigfieroman, I didn't install it myself. It was a friend of my brothers who owns a shop in the Bay Area, I was just trying to give word of mouth.

ExcelRevs, can you still use your stock iPod connector or are you using a separate one?

hmm the more I see the xb2 the more it grows on me. I didn't know that the 2nd gen xb had sequential shift. or as I like to call it faux stick. still not a fan of the single reverse light however.

Sweet, I am sure will will pass, I am in Brea all the time and don't live to far from there. My favorite inexpensive sushi place in next to the home depot on imperial... Looks like we have the makings of a gen2 meet starting

BTW- I just ordered $350 worth of raammat sound deadening for so I could really do the whole car. Can't wait to see some more installs to give me some ideas

You're kind of a big deal, we should round up a bunch of work for you to make it worth it.

Sorry for jacking this tread. The deck looks great!
