Default New RS6.0 Owner!

What's up Scion nation? This past Saturday I bought my first Scion, an 09 xB RS! Drove it away with 7 miles. Sadly I had to trade in my 06 STi. That was a hell of a car but I'm married with a baby on the way so my priorities have changed slightly. So far I love the box and have got tons of compliments on it. The only options I got were a wing and the extended warranty.

Once I sell all my aftermarket STi stuff ill be getting some much needed wheels. For now I'm contemplating painting the hubs flat black along with the rear scion logo to match the red and black theme. I know some people are against that but until I get wheels it'll look better than aluminum hubcaps!

Thanks. Yeah I drove the hell out of that car for a few years but don't have a real need for it anymore or the big car payment and insurance prices! Haha. The xb seems like its gonna be a different fun. Something I'm gonna enjoy more on a daily basis and have way more function in my life.

The xB is way more functional... I have dogs and i know people that have babies and own a xB... So it works... Its no rocket like a subbie, but it is plenty quick if you want to get up to speed... Enjoy and let the Modding begin...

Congrats on the 6.0. I have had my 6.0 now for 2 months love it. The color makes people look. Question how is the pioneer radio acting ? Does it take long to boot ? Like a minute or so ? Does the msn loose its signal on you from time to time ? I love the radio but man oh man it has some software issues. I have the latest 2.0 upgrade.

Check out some pics :

Manual 5 speed - love it - hate the VSC system, wish I can turn it off all the time

I checked and checked and personally I feel 19's are the limit for everyday driving. I put about 50-100 miles a day. No rub on my tires and rims at all. 20's ???? I would go with 19's personally. the offset on these is 8.5. I do not want to go any lower because of the body kit, as it is now when I hit good size holes the front just touches, not giant holes or bumps but good size ones.

I'm about to buy these 17x8's. Real good deal on them and I dont want to go too big. I'm happy with how 17's look from the few 17's threads. Gonna get some nf210's for the drop soon. Whatta yah think??
