This is a first for me. I've never seen a thread in a competing forum to promote another forum... BUT since we're talking about other forums, I just gotta vent... clubxb.com sucks, IMO.

Before I came here, I created an account there. Then realized I couldn't create a thread until I had ten posts?! Uhhh... the main reason why most people create accounts is to post something -- what the hell?
Anyway... so much for asking questions....
I started replying to threads then realized I couldn't edit my own posts. OK; lame. Next I realized that I couldn't put links in my posts until I had like 30 posts?!?!
Good lord, talk about overkill -- I'm so outta there.
Their rules actually prevent me from collaborating effectively with everyone else. Which kinda defeats the whole point of joining a forum.
And the icing on the cake: you cant see people's sigs (or links in their sigs, or some BS like that) until you have a certain amount of posts! WHAT is that about?!?!!

well if you join the other forum or not.. it's your choice.. I was just sharing the news about a new site out there..
I post mainly on scikotics, cause that's my clubs site. and ScionxBforum cause a friend of mine created it. in fact, I have stuff on those two site that I will not post on SL. So, if you don't go to those "other" forums then you might miss stuff.
I have a clubxB account but never post there either. in fact I have only ventured over there maybe 2 or 3 times.
