Official: Post your new xB
Since I see it scattered all over here. I think it would be great if we all posted the xB in one spot so I can drool over the pictures while I wait for mine...
Before and after (with mods) would be great too!

The premium sound system is great. I had the volume on 25 coming home the other day and my husband could hear me pull into the drive (course he was outside) but he could still hear it.
The premium HU doesn't really sound any different than stock. The real benefit is that the premium HU has Pre-outs for Front, Rear and Subs. Plus the OLED screen looks 10x better than the bland stock unit.

How do you like my billet grille?

is that grille custom??
The thing is, many of the SubZ's have either the wood panel cover or the really wide louvre covers. This one came from a model like the one below.

See

I made a cardboard template from the original grille and outlined it onto the SZ grille.
About 3x Dremel metal cutting disks later and it was ready for install. I save that grill in the garage for probably 20 years just knowing that I would someday have a use for it!
These are some of the other (unusable?) grilles:

(The one I used is in the middle on the last one)
OK man fess up. You actually made the two classic Mercedes you posted out of old washing machine parts didn't you?
The grill looks good though.
I just noticed I never posted in this (the official thread) that I got my new xB. For pics you can check my sig or just look at PaRaGoNViCtiM's post.
