Default Oh snap Frozie be getting sponsored

So I've been rocking the Unichip for awhile and LOVING the gains from it. Ended up talking to a tech today just checking in and it turned into one of the most interesting convos of my car ever. I guess going to shows all over has its benefits. Stay tuned ya'll

http://www.unichiptuner.com/---- if some of you don't know about them already.

oh thats right i forgot the spacer!! ah well.

Well if it goes right. i spoke with the guy who runs it for about three hours. about everything the site/company/what he does and how it works. so i get dibs on all their new products and new products (some im so excited for i literally want to cream) also I am working on getting some stuff and i may be able to get you guys (SL) products for less. I'm also getting the newer version and testing out the new mapping software which iS SO FLPEEPING COOL. new controllers are coming out too for better home mangement.

also might be doing new dyno runs for more backing. ive taken it and hooked up to other xbs. never once had someone go. "there was no difference" so im so pumped to have all this stuff to work with and have fun with. i know a certain trevor who i might be interested in something else as well. i think i just re fell in love with my n/a box. (side note fred) there is a huge change around in how they handle boost applications too. this guy aaron is amazing over there.

Aaaw! Forgot the spacer? Ah well, made a big difference for me -- a sizable bump in lower end torque. Still, whatever yanks your chain ! Best wishes with your new relationship, and if anything looks especially interesting, then depending on affordability, I'd be happy to learn about it !

Their site doesn't say anything about support for the 2011s. I'm assuming they would work, but just thought you could check.

And...$525???!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?

oh i still have the spacer in. def worth it. thanks for your help with that AGAIN

and scream price is def worth it now. they expanded and swagged out hard on the services they got. buut stay tuned. i might be able to do SL discounts (cross fingers) and trev i plan to take ur route and analyze/test/experiment the hell out of the new software and mapping plans. whats great is that i can potentially take a map that someone else made it. re flash my unit and boom im ready to go. cant wait for track days

It's the same engine and associated components -- ergo, no worry's !

What I'd like is something that does a worthwhile job with modded N/A and regular gas at a very reasonable price. Say something in the $200 neighborhood.

Hey, with computers, you never know.

I came to Scions from GM trucks. There could be huge differences in PCMs from year to year. I never assume anything when it comes to PCM tuning.

It won't change until the 2RZ-FE engine arrives -- then you can count on it.

If you need a name for it, just say "Boxstuf TSB", and if someone wants to know anything about it, just tell them "Well, there's this guy I know ..." !

Darn! Thanks for the correction, guess I got hung up on the "Z" !

Please share your Unichip adventures. Is the price $525? What does it cost locally to get it optimized specifically for your mods? Would really appreciate learning your impressions with Regular gas -- thanks !

Yeah, used seems about right to me -- $525 is an awfully big slice of pie ! Here's hoping it works out well !
