Default Oldest new Xb owner here?...

Just finished tinting and installing new wheels on my dad's 2008 Xb. What a nice ride! Really happy for him (he is 63) and my mom.

BTW, stock lug nut wrench would not fit into ASA AR wheels.

Not sure how to post picture, here is the link:

1st generation xB was marketed toward young punks. Toyota must believe they've exhausted that market because the 2nd gen xB is marketed toward family people who are rebels at heart.

Even for the first gen, I see more married people driving it. But I agree, it takes some character to drive one. Second generation is more appealing to a whider range of drivers. I personaly like very much it's more rounded, but still boxy style. In fact, it looks more European to me , kinda a mix of FIAT and Peugeot with little soya sauce in it.

Well I am 49 and have a Solar Yellow special edition I am just trading in on an 08.

My wife has a Envy Green.

So yep the series one appealed to "older" people as well. Get real it's a box-o-sports car.

When I purchased the Solar Yellow my previous daily driver was a FIAT Spider so I might be outside the normal demographic

Well.. I may not be the oldest guy, but we ol guys have a bit of fun too!
It's nice reliving those Ed "Big Daddy" Roth days with such a great car like the xB!
