Nice start, but that baby needs to be dropped:

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=206857

It'll look better, ride better, handle better, and be more safe, due to the lower center of gravity. Win, win, win, win!

As you saw from that link, I like the Tanabe NF springs. You should spend some time looking at the various drops to see which you like best. There are pictures of all of them in threads in the "suspension & handling" section. TRD, Tanabe, Eibach, and Hotchkis are by far the most popular brands.

Here's a link to the amount each of those brands drop the front & rear:
http://newscionxb.com/scion_xb_perfo...on-t643.0.html

Most quality springs run in the $200 range.

it is a avenir motor its newer then the bluebird motor. the GTIR motor is good but the motor is not comin as the bluebird, avenir, and the sr20de motor.

setup was
sr20de cams
GTIR turbo, MAF, ignitiors, and computer
on 10 PSI with slicks did a12.8 on 92 pump gas

if the block or head is not damage its not to bad to rebuild but damage ill dump that thing. its hard to get parts in hawaii if its comin up there for cheap fix it.

what different from the sr20det and GTIR
the valve train
head
block
crank
head bolts
fly wheel bolts
and more

cool, nice set up. i never had to take mine to the track, but it dynoed at 297 whp/303wtq. me and my bro took the engine apart, its not bad, just needs honed and cleaned up. problem is is that the #2 piston is cracked, so need new pistons and somehow the turbo compressor wheel is chewed up, so new turbo as well. tryin to find another full motor to drop in, if not, the rebuild will begin.
