Default Passanger side seatbelt problem

I just noticed about five minutes ago the height adjustment on the passenger side seat-belt does not work. The drivers side works fine and am able to push it all the way tot he top (3 clicks?) and lower it easily by pulling the release. The passenger side has to be pushed quite hard to the first click, and refuses to move after that. No clue why, but it just won't budge.

Anybody else have this issue? And should I have it looked at and fixed asap? The repair will be covered correct?

Thanks!

yeah, repair would be covered.

i had a problem one time where my driver side front seat back wouldn't stop. it would just go up and down back and forth, never staying still.

it had just come off the track or something, but i fixed it by pushing it all the way back and leaning on it and it popped back into place.

so there is probably just some track that needs to be put back on or attached to.
