Ate you just going to refinish the lips?

Different grit sandpaper (somewhat coarse to fine) patience, time, and some kind of polish. Thats what i can figure. Ive never "refinished" a wheels

Honestly, I'd reconsider refinishing the OEM TRD wheels only in a mono-color

or completely stripped and outright polished .

I agree with the above.

Maybe strip the Lips and paint another color

I think painting is the way to go. The point where the spokes meet the rim is very narrow I think you will have a hard time polishing the lip all the way in there. Having an uneven polish will look bad.

Yeah that looks sweet! My buddy has those rims. I'll have to show him this pic.

Yeah, maybe, but have been getting plenty of compliments on my custom painted TRD wheels.

Sanded, Painted spokes, taped off the middle of the spokes to keep the factory color. and chrome lips. Too bad the owner before me didn't avoid curbs, I think they purposely rubbed against them.

Love the red, tell the wife it's safer lowered due to a lower center of gravity, it's got an element of truth to it lol

Since you have the lip kit maybe lowered on TRD or nf will look good, and convince your wife that will ride better with another spring

Man i really like the TRD wheels....... But i just feel the 19"s with the weight will bother me with the little performance it has.
