Rewire fog lights
Does anyone know how to rewire the factory fog lights to operate independently from the headlights and not go out with high beam usage ? I have seen this topic for the TC but the XB seems to be totally different.
I rewired my foglights on my 06 Xterra so they would come on with the parking lights, lo beams, and hi beams too. I used a fuse tap and tapped into the tail light fuse. Now the fogs are on weather lo or hi beams are on.
I wonder if this would work the same on this xB as my Xterra? I will be trying this before the end of March.

I was very disappointed to see that all of the wiring, even the plug for the bulbs, is already installed on our cars to where all you have to to is insert a bulb, install the lower grill, and put the bulb in the light and they charge an arm and a leg for that,
Disapointed? Heck, I'm kinda stoked that I don't have to run wiring to the lights. I can't count the times I've put lights on cars and had to run wiring...I do wish they just came with the fog lights already. At least the wiring is already ran to the front of the box. Plug-n-play once you cut up the grill.
