Ohmigosh! What the heck is the drivetrain in that thing?!? Looks like some sort of twin-turbo monstrosity. Longitudinal V6? RWD conversion?

FWD V8 cars:

The final gen of the Ford Taurus SHO
Any FWD Cadillac except the Cimmaron
Pontiac Grand Prix GXP
2006+ Chevy Impala SS and Monte Carlo SS
Buick Lacrosse Super
Buick Lucerne CXL V8, CXS, and Super

That is all I can think of ATM...

But yeah, that xB is RWD.

Greddy has a bolt-on turbo coming out also... supposed to bring the xB up to 250 HP

That's sweet. But what happens to the tranny when you bolt one of those on? Can the auto trans take the extra torque without disintegrating into a pile of metal shavings?

the Mobil1 xB is great to see standing a few feet away from it
up close, not so nice in the details and paint

i really wouldn't call it an xB
all it is is the unibody and panels of the xB placed on top of a donor frame rail
but still, can't complain of having a rwd, v8 car

rumor from other vendors is that they were very rushed to have it finished in time for SEMA -- and that it doesn't even run
i personally can't confirm the rumor...
